Maria and David will be exploring the principles, ideas and partnership models that have been articulated to go beyond a culture based on fear, force and coercion. The workshop will work dynamically with whatever live examples the group brings. Through a mixture of facilitated dialogue, presentations, role play, brainstorming and planning, the aim is to inspire you to take ideas and action points back to your community, organisation and workplace. This workshop will model the principles and demonstrate the tools empowering you to create positive change. £325/€400
